  1. "Club M Select" is offered only to the Member as a privilege under the Club Mahindra Holidays Membership (CMHM) by Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited (MHRIL).
  2. "Club M Select" Membership provides a host of offerings/services offered by Third Party Service Providers.
  3. "Club M Select" Membership is an annual membership effective from the date as communicated by MHRIL and is subject to renewal every year by payment of the annual fees.
  4. The Member recognizes and agrees that the annual fee plus applicable taxes is payable and the same is non-refundable.
  5. The Member also agrees that "Club M Select" Membership will be auto-renewed annually unless opted out of at least 10 days prior to the start date of the membership for the coming year.
  6. MHRIL shall send appropriate communications relating to the details of "Club M Select" including its usage, benefits etc.
  7. All payments for services/ offerings shall be directly made by the Member to the relevant Third Party Service Provider/s at the time of availing the service. The process may vary from online payment to physical payment at the time of interaction and the same shall be notified during the time of availing the said service/offering.
  8. In the event of opting-out from "Club M Select" Membership, Member shall not be entitled to avail any benefits entailed in the "Club M Select" Membership.
  9. "Club M Select" Membership is automatically blocked for a Member having any overdue of the Membership Price or for Members who have cancelled their CMHM or else in cases where the annual fees for renewal of "Club M Select" Membership is not received by MHRIL.
  10. MHRIL may from time to time, introduce other services/offerings within "Club M Select" to enhance the value proposition for Members.
  11. Certain Services/offerings may be subject to additional terms and conditions specified by MHRIL/Third Party Service Providers from time to time; Member`s use of such Services is subject to those additional terms and conditions, which are incorporated into these Terms of Service by this reference.
  12. MHRIL reserves the right to remove any of the offerings that it might deem as unfit for its members without any notice.
