Club M Select - Rules of the Program

The following rules govern the usage Of "Club M Select":

  1. “Club M Select" is offered exclusively to members as a privilege under the Club Mahindra Holidays Membership (CMHM) by Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limit. (MHRIL).
  2. “Club M Select" membership provides a host of services offered by third-party service providers.
  3. “Club M Select" membership is an annual membership. effective from the date as communicated by MHRIL and is subject to renewal every year by Payment of the annual fees.
  4. The member recognises and agrees that the annual fee (plus applicable taxes) is Payable and same is non-refundable.
  5. The member also agrees that the “Club M Select” membership will be auto-renewed annually unless opted out of at Ieast 10 days prior to the start date of the following year’s membership.
  6. MHRIL shall send appropriate communications relating to the details of "Club M Select" including its usage benefits, etc.
  7. All payments for services/offerings shall be directly made by the member to the relevant third-party service Provider/s at the time of availing the service. The Process may vary from online payment to physical payment at the time of interaction, and the same shall be notified during the time of availing the said service/offering.
  8. In the event of opting out of a "Club M Select” membership, the members shall not be entitled to avail of any benefits entailed in the “Club M Select” membership.
  9. "Club M Select" membership is automatically blocked for a member having an overdue payment of the Membership Price, or for members who have cancelled their CMHM, or else in cases where the annual fees for renewal of 'Club M Select” membership is not received by MHRIL .
  10. MHRIL may, from time to time introduce other services/offerings within “Club M Select” to enhance the value proposition for members.
  11. Certain services/offerings may be subject to additional terms and conditions specified by MHRIL/third party service providers from time to time: a member’s use of such services is subject to those additional terms and conditions, which are incorporated into these Terms of Service by this reference.
  12. MHRIL reserves the right to remove any of the offerings that it may deem unfit for as members without any prior notice.
  13. The member may have to quote the “Club M Select" membership ID while availing of service/offerings, wherever required. This includes, but is not limited to login IDs.
  14. The member may also be required to authorise the sharing of his/her member ID and related information while being redirected to third-party websites. This information will be used to validate his/her membership details.
  15. 15. All offerings/services can be booked through the "Club M Select" section on our website www.clubmahindra.com once the member logs in.
  16. The member can contact the helpdesk number 1860 210 1111 in case of any queries/issues related to product offerings. website and bookings. The helpdesk timings will be from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM on all days except Sundays and National Holidays.
  17. All services/offerings are provided by third-party service provider/s and the terms and conditions of the third-party service provider/s shall apply, with MHRIL acting as a facilitator. Confirmation of bookings, fulfilment of service conditions, services offered, etc. are solely the responsibility of the said third-party service providers. MHRIL shall not be liable nor responsible in case of any issue/concerns raised by the members with respect to any services/offerings and the same shall be resolved solely by the third-party service provider/s.
  18. The member further acknowledges and agrees that MHRIL shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused, or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such website or resource.
  19. MHRIL shall not entertain any request for change in the details stated in the Confirmation Voucher for any of the offerings/services. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure the correct name is provided at the time of booking these offerings/services.
  20. Cancellation norms as per Terms Conditions of the respective offerings/services will be applicable and the same shall be communicated at the time of booking/on confirmation of vouchers by Third Party Service Providers/MHRIL.
  21. "Club M Select" membership is non-transferable. "Club M Select" membership can only be held by Club Mahindra members.
  22. Change of address, if any, should be promptly informed by the member to MHRIL so that the same may be updated in our systems for any future correspondence.
  23. Offers on "Club M Select" membership, as communicated during the time of pitch, would be applicable.
